Taking it too far

One of the most common of human behaviors is believing what we think is universal and everyone clearly see that too. It is perfectly clear to us. Surely no one can not think and believe as me. They are purpose choosing to be wrong, and so it is fair to pay them back for their transgressions.
But the opposite is true, everyone does not see things the way we do. Each view we have is specific to us and all our crap.
Sometimes, people, leaders, and managers, can take the belief their view is the one true view too far. They start to base all decisions and choices from that belief. They interpret values, actions, behaviors, and choices of others and their staffs, as they don't get it or worse are purposely acting against you.
It is a sign of having the right person in charge who can weed through bias and the abstractions to get to the root of things. Those persons make better choices and set better courses of actions.
If you find yourself with one of the good ones, embrace that. If you are with the other one, say Het/No and run.......
