Talking Points are Not Self Expression

It Is just a thought, but, some people have a greater difficulty with the concept of self. Needing things that they can wear as identities to feel comfortable. These are things that are mostly shared. Such as a political ID, religious ID, sports teams, social norms, and so on.

It may be for a lot of different reasons why many find it difficult for self expression. But a lot comes down to some form of un-full-filled expectations and unresolved personal issues.

Too few of us ever stop to ask why we believe something or stand so firm on something we cannot explain. Doing something different, and going through self discovery, or critical thoughts about our actions, and beliefs is much too scary of a thing to do. We would rather throw up road blocks and shift the attention else where.

If we cannot not express or explain why we believe what we believe, it has its roots in something missing inside. Being happy has a lot more to do with not seeking happiness outside your self.

All things should start with this is what I think and here is why!
